I am a clinical dietitian with four years of experience in diet and human nutrition, in both community and clinical settings. I work out what each person needs, then design a personalised plan using evidence-based approaches.
Nutrition advice can be sensitive and hard to follow. I put it in words people understand, whether in a one-to-one counselling session, a group class or a community outreach programme.
Alongside practice I do research, with a focus on clinical nutrition, chronic disease management and lifestyle-based interventions.
