The form deliberately does not ask for detailed medical information. Please do not include it; it will be discussed privately during your consultation.

How it is used

Your information is used only to respond to your request and arrange your consultation. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used to send you marketing messages without your consent.

How it is protected

• The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
• Form submissions are validated and transmitted securely to Hamna; they are not stored on the website server.
• Access to booking information is restricted and protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

How long it is kept

Booking requests are kept only as long as needed to arrange and provide your care, and for any period required by professional record-keeping obligations. Confirm retention period

Analytics and cookies

This website may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and whether the booking or WhatsApp buttons are used. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

WhatsApp and email

If you contact me by WhatsApp or email, those services’ own privacy terms also apply. Please avoid sending detailed medical information through these channels.
