How it works
What happens when you book
Seeing a dietitian for the first time can feel uncertain. Here is what each step involves, where consultations happen and what to bring.
Four steps, no surprises
- 1
Tell us about you
Book online or on WhatsApp. You will be asked only what is needed to arrange the right appointment.
- 2
Understand your needs
Hamna reviews your medical history, results, medicines, eating pattern and routine, and talks through what matters most to you.
- 3
Build your plan
Together you agree clear, realistic priorities. You leave knowing what to do, and why.
- 4
Ongoing support
Follow-up appointments review how the plan is working in real life and adjust it as your needs change.
